Banana Bread Recipe

I got this from my friend Mary Case-Candell many years ago when Griff was little.  It's his favorite!

1/2 c. Butter
1 1/2 c. Sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed banana (about 3)
1 t. Vanilla
1/2 c. Soured Milk (add 1 t. baking soda to sour)
2 c. flour

Cream buter and sugar, add beaten eggs.  Beat well.
Add soured milk, Beat in mashed bananas and vanilla.  Mix in flour and beat well.
I always add some cinnamon too...

Bake at 350 for an hour.

Ok - so I saw this on Pinterest and I thought I would try it. They used Coke, but we were skeptical so Jerry bought Diet Coke, just incase he had to drink it.
